Quit Smoking For LifeRight now there is a demon in you, and if you dont kill him, he will kill you! Now, I dont actually think there is a real demon in smokers, but thats the way I looked at it and it really helped me quit cigarettes easily, andMore Quit Smoking For LifeRight now there is a demon in you, and if you dont kill him, he will kill you! Now, I dont actually think there is a real demon in smokers, but thats the way I looked at it and it really helped me quit cigarettes easily, and it will help you quit too.Imagine if there really was a demon in you.A nicotine demon. He lives off of nicotine and he will live inside of you, and slowly kill you until you starve him to death by not giving him any more nicotine. When he is hungry he throws a fit and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. He will make you anxious, hot, bothered, give you an empty feeling inside, make you restless, crazy, feel deprived, just plain old nuts.He will make you feel as bad as he possibly can until you feed him the nicotine he needs to survive.Once you light up a cigarette and let him get the nicotine he craves so much, he calms down and lets you live peacefully once again. The problem is- once you put out the cigarette, your body begins to pump the nicotine out of you as fast as possible because our bodies do not like poison.Once that cigarette gets put out the nicotine level in your body slowly, and immediately begins to go down, and the further down it goes, the hungrier the demon gets. The hungrier the demon gets, the more of a tantrum he will throw making you feel as awful as possible until you feed him again. This demon will live in you until hes done his job and kills you, so you are now in a kill, or be killed situation. The only thing that will kill this demon is a lack of nicotine. You HAVE to starve him to death or he will live forever.Once you choose to starve this demon to death once and for all he will throw a fit and make you feel as bad as he possibly can, trying anything and everything to get you to smoke a cigarette. He will try to convince you that a few drags will be fine, he will try to take over your brain and force you into situations where he knows you will be weak and cave into the cravings hes giving you.He will do whatever it takes to stay alive, and all he needs to live is three, simple, relieving drags of a cigarette. If you continue to feed this demon, he will kill you.The good news is, its INCREDIBLY easy to kill this monster. All you need to do is starve him to death! At the time of writing this description, I am 41 days into my quit.

I quit easily, and almost effortlessly, and you will too after following my 30 day journey into a smoke free life.I was a smoker for almost 9 years. A pack a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, but after my ex dumped me, I felt like I had died inside and I began to smoke at least 2 packs of cigarettes a day. It was all I could do to make it through the day. About every ten to thirty minutes Id put a cig in my mouth and light up. I did this for OVER A YEAR, and I think its easy for you to believe me that it was the worst year of my life.

Like I said, Im 41 days into my quit, so this year of hell isnt old at all, but I was literally feeling like cigarettes were going to kill me before I reached the age of 30. Im 25 now.Roughly a half a million die every year from cigarettes in America alone. If you keep smoking, chances are you will die from it.Imagine laying in the hospital bed with a deadly disease, your body rotting from the inside out while your still alive, or cancer.
